For those that proudly accept the title of sneakerhead, a love for kicks means way more than, well, just copping them. One brand that sees the bigger picture is 500Large, a new manufacturer of hi-res vinyl decals that specializes in creating limited-edition footwear-themed collectibles catering to anyone that truly loves being a sneaker fiend.
500Large operates on a weekly drop system, with new vinyls arriving regularly in limited quantities to preserve exclusivity. Each print is numbered, thermally printed on adhesive vinyl and signed for authenticity. Consumers can either choose to keep it as house decor that can easily be put in a frame, or peel off the back and apply it to virtually any surface. Some of the past drops have already sold out, including an adidas PW Human Race NMD TR “N.E.R.D” vinyl from the second week and one inspired by The Shoe Surgeon’s IKEA Air Jordan (seen above). They’ve still got a few more cool ones available to purchase for a limited time, so hop on the trend while it lasts!
