After going viral online, Soldier Kidd is now looking to change the narrative around his name and let his music do the talking with the release of his new video “First Degree.”

The new video is a bounce back for Kidd after he states the allegations ruined his career. Since, individuals who were actually responsible for the murder have been indicted. The new release is looking to established Soldier Kidd away from the rumors that are associated with his reputation.

Showing that he is a student of the game, his new release is titled Kamikaze and is homage to Chicago rapper Twista who released an album by the same name 15 years ago. The effort now is changing the negative perception associated with Kidd.

“Bruh not even gonna lie I thought u killed x I hated u for months but I learned u didnt kill him and I gained respect for u after this album #albumoftheyear,” one Instagram user wrote.
