The original “R&B Superhero” and Newark, NJ native, Trav Torch has released a new visual, this time for the emotionally stimulating ballad entitled “Drake Sh!t” off the Bachelor Life album, released this past January on all platforms. Known for getting a variety of things wet, Trav is keeping consistent although this time, instead of the condoms, we find ourselves reaching for tissues!
Trav shows fans a new, brutally honest side to his raw emotion, vulnerability and pain. This can be clearly witnessed as he divulges his emotions experienced in a painful break up that left him seemingly “powerless”, driving him to mask his feelings with a double shot of alcohol and his classic R&B riffs, thus leaving him on his “Drake Sh!t”.
“The song is based on a true story and is something almost everyone can relate to… feeling powerless to get over someone who isn’t right for you. I had to channel those feelings in the video to make sure the final product was authentic and believable.”
