The Feature Presentation and Def Jam joined forces again, this time with Sony Studios, to show an advanced screening of Black and Blue starring Tyrese Gibson.
New York’s iPic Theater was filled with star-studded guests. Wendy Williams showed up with her talk show’s DJ, DJ Boof. Rapper and actor, Dave East hosted the event alongside DJ Suss One. Others were also in attendance including, Hood Celebrityy, Maino, VH1’s Mariah Lynn, Moe Money, Sky Landish and Richie Dollaz, and many more.
Guests enjoyed an open bar and were escorted to their designated seats for the luxurious experience. DJ Suss One kicked off the event with some welcoming words for first-time guests at the third installment of his dinner and a movie series. Every single seat was filled and guests sat down for about two hours watching the action-packed film, while enjoying complimentary food and refreshments.
The event ended with a live Q&A between Suss and Dave about his recent acting roles and upcoming debut album, Survival.
