Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez has admittedly severed all of his gang-affiliated ties and wrote a letter to Judge Paul Engelmayer to ensure that his gang banging days are over.

Judge Engelmayer will have the “Gummo” rapper’s life in his hands and Hernandez is hoping that the judge will take his heartfelt words into consideration. In his letter, 6ix9ine says, “I now know that I am remorseful for what happened because I was blessed with a gift and squandered it by getting involved with the wrong people and misrepresenting myself when I should have been true to myself and my fans.”
