The documentary brought tons of heinous crimes the singer was allegedly committing against under-aged girls to the light. Some of the allegations resurfaced, including his infamous marriage to Aaliyah. The Blast reports that Kelly plans to plead not guilty, as per his lawyer, Steven Greenberg.

Prosecutors claim R. Kelly’s team bribed Illinois officials to obtain a fake identification card for the late singer that suggested she was 18, when she was really 15 at the time. The Pied Piper was 27-years-old at the time.
