Marcus Peters celebratory beer chug just set up a donation to the foundation of his choice. News broke on Friday that the Baltimore Ravens Cornerback was fined $14,037 dollars for drinking a beer after a game-closing defensive stop against the Buffalo Bills and one major beer company caught wind of the celebration.

“Drinking a celebratory beer isn’t a crime. We’ll match that tab with a donation to a charity on your behalf @marcuspeters,” Bud Light tweeted. Peters responded with beer emojis and hopefully followed through via Direct Message with the beer company.

Marcus Peters’s career seems to have been re-energized after he was traded to the Baltimore Ravens from the Los Angeles Rams. The All-Pro cornerback has 3 interceptions and two touchdowns in his 8 games with the Ravens along with 35 tackles.

The 26-year-old will be an unrestricted free agent in 2020 and with 5 interceptions total on the season, he could be in line for a nice sized contract next season.
