Black-ish star Marsai Martin got the green light for her next production with Universal Studios. Martin will be producing a comedy titled Queen under her Genius Productions company.

Martin who plays Diane Johnson on Blackish first stepped into producing with her debut film Little featuring co-stars Issa Rae and Reginal Hall. The 15-year-old is the youngest to ever ink a first-look deal with Universal. Little earned $40 million at the domestic box office.

The Queen project is mostly being kept sealed for now, but according to THR Fresh off the Boat writer Camila Blackett will be writing and executive producing the project.

“This idea literally came to me in a dream and there’s simply no better actor to bring it to life. @marsaimartin You too, are a dream,” Blackett wrote on Twitter.
