According to Newsday, Paul Cotugno, 31, a man from Valley Stream was caught, arrested and charged with being a nasty “Peeping Tom.” He took his voyeurism to the next level by filming a woman in her personal bathroom while she was showering.
Nassau police say that Cotugno used his cellphone to record her.
He was able to look in through her window by standing on a chair, only stopped when she started screaming. #Weirdo
After hearing her scream, he jumped off the chair and tried to run away on foot. Luckily, cops caught the goofy minutes later and locked him up.
Newsday continued to report that Cotugno has been charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance and two counts of third-degree criminal trespass. He was released and has to return to First District Court in Hempstead on Jan. 23rd.
