DaBaby is one of the biggest breakthrough artists of 2019 but legal troubles continue to follow him. He is still dealing with his recent arrest in Miami, but fortunately, he is off the hook for an alleged brawl at the DFW Airport.
There were conflicting stories about the “Suge” rapper’s involvement in a fight with an airport staff member, but his attorney provided video evidence that proves he didn’t get his hands dirty. Prosecutors decided to drop the charges.
DaBaby was recently jailed in Miami and held for two days because of an outstanding warrant from Texas. That was cleared but he may still be facing battery and robbery charges in Florida, as well as a possible lawsuit.
The Kirk rapper vaguely addressed his recent legal issues, advising his fans not to put too much energy into it. “Don’t allow yourself to be [misled] by janky promoters and lazy ass grown men itching for the opportunity to file a lawsuit that they won’t win,” he wrote on Instagram. “I remain composed and focused knowing allegations made without honesty and integrity will never be honored by the most high.” He added, “Please be reminded that suck ass situations like these aren’t worthy of your time or attention.”
