Recently, former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown was challenged to a boxing match. The catch? It was on Twitter by YouTube sensation, Paul Logan.

Apparently, “Boomin” has made a decision and it is a surprising one; he has agreed to take the fight.

Brown and Paul connected at the Maxim “Havana Nights” Super Bowl party in Miami over the weekend according to TMZ.

Recently, streaming service juggernaut DAZN has featured professional bouts starring unconventional boxers. Back in November 2019, in a back and forth affair, YouTube star KSI (1-0) triumphed over Logan Paul (0-1).

The rematch in front of a raucous crowd of 12,137 fans was at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and live on DAZN. KSI ultimately won by split decision to settle the score following their majority draw in August 2018.

Matchroom Sports Boxing Promoter Eddie Hearn revealed more to talkSPORT during Super Bowl LIV weekend in Miami:

“I feel like he’s trying to get a team and if he doesn’t get a team he will take the fight. He wants to do it. We’ve made him a couple of offers. We are negotiating with his guys at the moment and they want a lot of money.

“DAZN and our US partners are saying this is a big, big fight. It’s a whole different demographic. This isn’t a YouTuber, this is a national sports star who was a huge star in a sport that’s followed by basically the entire country.

“We’d like to make this happen but speaking to his agents, his priority is to get on a team.”

DAZN confirmed to FOX Business that talks are underway.
