Harvey Weinstein was found guilty of rape in the third degree and one count of a criminal sexual act in the first degree in New York court Monday morning.

The 67-year-old Hollywood figure was also found not guilty of predatory sexual assault and first-degree rape, NBC News reports.

The first and third-degree rape charges were from an encounter with former aspiring actress Jessica Mann. The criminal sexual assault charge was from an encounter with former production assistant Mimi Haley. The decisions were reached after five days of deliberation. The jury was composed of seven men and five women.

Over 80 women accused Weinstein of sexual assault and harassment charges in incidents that have occurred over decades. Weinstein pleaded not guilty to the charges and denied any nonconsensual sex acts.

In the case, Haley stated Weinstein forced oral sex on her in his apartment in Manhattan in 2006. Mann stated she was rapped by the former film mogul in a hotel room in 2013.

The top conviction could get Weinstein 25 years in prison according to The Washington Post. He also faces a sex crime case in Los Angeles for allegedly raping one woman and sexually assaulting another in 2013 over the span of two days.
