Disgraced Brooklyn rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine continues to bring down his former squad, with the Nine Trey’s second in command being sentenced to 17 years in federal prison yesterday.
Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, helped the feds land gun and drug charges against Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack after 2018 federal takedown of the Nine Trey Gangster Blood gang, which is based in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, NY.
Mack held the “High 020” position, which is the second in command of the gang.
“You had a particular impact on the gang’s narcotics operations,” said Judge Paul Englemeyer during the sentencing. Federal prosecutors also requested that Mack, 34, serve his time on the West Coast, claiming “that a designation away from the seat of the power of New York Bloods will minimize the damage he can cause.”
For his ongoing cooperation, Hernandez received a mere two-year federal prison sentence, which will be fulfilled before the end of 2020.
