Foxy Brown was scheduled to release her fourth studio album on May 6, 2003, by Bad Boy Records and Def Jam Recordings, but that never happened as a result of a disagreement she had with Diddy.

It appeared on iTunes under the name Ill Nana 2: The Fever and the Brooklyn rapper is clearly unhappy about it. “Whoever the f**k uploaded my old unreleased Fever album to iTunes gettin’ the fck sued!’” Foxy wrote in a since-deleted Instagram Story post.

The 41-year-old has been out of the spotlight for about two decades. Her last studio album was Broken Silence which peaked at the No. 5 spot and is certified Gold. She released her 2008 mixtape, Brooklyn’s Don Diva, and delivered a few guest verses. Her most recent feature was on Nicki Minaj’s Queen cut, “Coco Chanel.”
