The basketball sneaker wars are continuing, this time with Draymond Green signing with Converse. The signing makes the 3-time Warriors champion the second hooper to join the comeback campaign of the brand, following the Suns’ Kelly Oubre Jr.
The news was revealed by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN detailing Green will be the highest-profile athlete since Dwyane Wade signed to the brand as a rookie. Wade would go on to sign with Jordan before finding his current home in Chinese brand Li-Ning. Green is coming to Converse from the Nike tribute.
