Maxo Kream is mourning the death of his brother who was shot and killed on Monday (March 9).
Kream hit Instagram to post a picture of his brother. “No words or caption can explain wat I’m goin thru … I never expected this or ever lost somebody this close to me,” he wrote.
Officers responded to a shooting in the Woodland Hills suburb of Los Angeles around 4:25 a.m., KTLA 5 reports. Kream’s 27-year-old brother was found with a gunshot wound on the floor, where he was declared dead.
“I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories.”
Neighbors state Maxo’s brother went outside before yelling “I was shot.” 911 was called by his roommate. Possible shooters have not been named and police are asking for information about the shooting to called in at (818) 374-1925.
