As the coronavirus continues to run rampant across the country, more NBA stars have tested positive. The latest set of players confirmed is Kevin Durant and three more Brooklyn Nets players.
Shams Charania of The Athletic reports KD is one of four players who tested positive for coronavirus. The players have not been named, however, three of the players are asymptomatic. One player is showing symptoms, Slam reports.
“All players and members of the Nets travel party are being asked to remain isolated, closely monitor their health and maintain constant communication with team medical staff,” the Nets said in a statement. “The health of our players and staff is of the highest priority to the organization and the team is doing everything within its power to ensure that those affected receive the best care possible.”
The Brooklyn Nets are now notifying those who have come in contact with the players, which includes their recent opponents the San Antonio Spurs, Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Lakers.
