Tekashi 6ix9ine is being sued for $150 million over a shooting in 2018 that left a woman injured.

According to reports, the plaintiff alleges she was shot in the foot while at the Smurf Village apartment complex in Brooklyn. During that time members of the Nine Trey Bloods Gang were also filming a video.

Allegedly, someone called Daniel Hernandez aka “6ix9ine”, to inform him that his alleged kidnappers were present at the video shoot. To defend himself, he allegedly “instructed the person who called him to assault and/or murder the Nine Trey members involved in his kidnapping.”

However, the story neglects that the shooting took place on July 16, 2018, which is six days before the rapper’s kidnapping. The kidnapping was at the hands of convicted Nine Trey Blood members Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack.

Multiple gunshots were fired shortly after, wounding the Plaintiff in the foot during the shooting. She also reportedly sustained injuries to her back and knees. The plaintiff is seeking $75,000,000 in compensatory damages and $75,000,000 in punitive damages.

The rapper is currently incarcerated on federal racketeering charges. His release date is August 2020 was recently revealed. He apologized to the woman and offered to pay for her medical bills.

However, the Plaintiff is pressing forward with the lawsuit.
