TMZ reports that the disgraced rapper’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, wrote a letter to the judge requesting that his client gets released early for his own health.
Lazzaro claims that the DUMMY BOY rapper has the following pre-existing conditions: Asthma, sinusitis (sinus infection), and he was diagnosed with bronchitis in 2019.

Tekashi’s attorney also writes that prison authorities wouldn’t let him visit a doctor after complaining about shortness of breath.
The request comes on the same day that Harvey Weinstein was isolated after allegedly being diagnosed with the virus.
