With coronavirus confining a lot of Americans to their homes, films are releasing early to video-on-demand services and even going straight to Netflix, bypassing the closed theaters. The latter is the case for The Love Birds, which stars Issa Rae and Kumail Nanjiani.

The Hollywood Reporter details the film is created by Media Rights Capital and Paramount Pictures, set for an April 3rd release date. The release date is now cloudy but the film will be the first to head straight to streaming from Paramount Pictures since the global pandemic.
