The world’s obsession with the Netflix show, Tiger King has been duly noted. Now Netflix is releasing an extra episode of the hit docu-series.
According to zoo owner Jeff Lowe, who is on the show, fans will have their thirst satiated. Lowe revealed the details about a new episode via social media.
“Netflix is adding one more episode. It will be on next week. They’re filming here tomorrow,” said Lowe in the video.
The show premiered on March 20, during the height of self-isolation calls. With many people home from work and school, the show quickly became many people’s favorite.
The series follows the bizarre exploits of Oklahoma private zoo owner Joe Exotic. He runs a zoo of hundreds of tigers and other animals, however, calamity follows him. By the end of the series, he ends up in jail serving a 22-year sentence for animal abuse and plotting to carry out a murder-for-hire plot against his fellow big cat owner rival, Carole Baskin.
Many have now called for Joe Exotic’s release from prison.
