The son of Hall of Fame Wide Receiver Randy Moss was not a highly touted player out of LSU despite being part of an elite LSU team led by number 1 overall pick Joe Burrow.

The younger Moss only played one season at LSU and had an unenthusiastic 4 touchdowns and 57 yards receiving on the season according to Sports Reference. But what works in Moss’ favor is that he caught 47 passes from Joe Burrow and had zero drops. Moss also caught two touchdown passes in the National Championship game against Clemson with his father in attendance.

The 6’3 220 pound pass catcher looks to be the replacement for a talented but injury-prone Jordan Reed who is no longer with the Washington D.C. franchise. Moss has a prime opportunity to prove his value in a situation that loves using their tight ends to catch passes.
