The Blurry photo was released by District Attorney Paul Howard on Wednesday. Rolfe is facing 11 charges in the case and if convicted could serve life in prison or face the death penalty.

The 27-year-old Brooks was shot twice in the back by Rolfe before he was kicked as he was dying. The shooting of Brooks whose only crime was sleeping in a Wendy’s parking lot launched protests in the city as well as riots that resulted in the fast-food restaurant being burned down.
