Royce Da 5’9” has been on a roll this year. Between the release of his controversial album Allegory during Black History Month and his social media stance against police brutality and racism—he’s proved he’s one of the great voices of our time. Last night, the famed lyrical MC let a few bars loose on actor Terry Crews who suggested black people include white people and supremacy can’t really happen.

After posting a clip of Terry Crews during an interview with the caption, “Aww hell naw. You must be stopped,” Royce posted a video addressing Terry Crews in raw Detroit form.

“You’re going around doing press and telling everybody that we’re calling you Uncle Tom because you’re successful…are you out of your f*****g mind? We don’t identify you as successful. We identify Tyler Perry, Michael Jordan, Lebron James, people like that we think of them and we think successful. We recognize you as a success, yes you are a success…but we don’t associate you with success. You need to identify with self first. But that’s impossible for you to do because you get on major platforms and encourage our children to not be too self righteous…..and that is the very opposite of what needs to be said.”

Wow. Do you agree with Royce Da 5’9” or Terry Crews?
