Jamal Adams wants out from the New York Jets so bad, he can’t hide it on social media anymore.
Adams last week requested a trade from the Jets, which was months in the making after the team hasn’t stepped up with a long-term contract offer for the safety. He even has a preferred trade list.
The Dallas Cowboys are on the list, and one fan has confirmation about that.
A fan recorded a video of an encounter with Adams in front of a shopping area in Lewisville, Texas that was shared on Twitter Sunday afternoon.
“You coming to Dallas?” the fan asks.
Adams says “I’m trying” in response.
Adams is one of the top safeties in the NFL. The Jets don’t want to pay him and he wants out. While nobody knows what the Cowboys or other teams would offer up for Adams’ services, the Jets know they can ask for a king’s ransom for his services if they don’t want to resign him.
