The award was virtually presented by Black-ish’s Marsai Martin and saw Hot Girl Meg emerge supreme over Cardi B, Saweetie, Doja Cat, Nicki Minaj, and Lizzo.

The win adds another achievement to Meg’s strong 2020 run, which includes her first No. 1 single in the “Savage (Remix)” with Beyoncé. This past Friday she also released her new single “Girls in the Hood.”
