1. [Source] As a businessman, did you ever fathom a pandemic would have this much of an impact, and potentially set us back to depression, on the U.S. Causing so many business closures and layoffs?
Bagbag:  In my 30 years experience of fleet hangman rental, never have seen something like that.

2. Your business consists of personal travel and facing COVID-19 head-on. How have you been setting up a protocol and guideline for your employees moving forward?
We change all regulations of delivering and returning cars. We make sure that we are safe when they are exchanging hands. All drivers have all cleaning and musk once they get in.

3. So many businesses across the U.S. both small and corporations have suffered huge losses due to the pandemic, but have flourish enormously annually before, from a business man’s point-of-view, why have so many businesses been unable to survive the shutdown months?
Many businesses that didn’t have the cash flow and make an immediate change, statically, couldn’t survive. 

4. A lot of your company creates self-employed entities, have you seen a higher demanding work environment with people quarantine?
Many people became self-employed after they lost their jobs.

5. Tell us how you and your company have been aiding the medical field during the pandemic whether financially or volunteer ally?
We send many agencies, that any volunteers or first respondents in an emergency, can use our rental cars to transport themself. We are working on a nationwide network.

6. In early reports of its inevitable arrival, did you personally believe COVID-19 would have this much of an impact on the world?
No, I didn’t… Nobody did

7. Have you had any personal engagement with COVID-19?
Not personally.

8. Heading into 2020, your rental company had plans of storming the market. Is that same aspiration still on course in 2020?
We change our goal of rentals to small-group users compared to big group user, that hundreds can use the same car now it’s 10 drivers.

9. In your 30 years of experience, how do you adapt to the change and how will you teach your employees the same?
We are teaching drivers to take all cleaning and protection education and training.

10. Is now the best time for potential employees to enter the market?
It’s not easy to get a job today.

11. During the pandemic, what are some new revenue streams your company has created or tapped into?We got into deliveries and packages.
