Somehow, one of the best defensive ends in the league still doesn’t have a home yet. Cecil Lammey of 104.3 The Fan reported this week that the Las Vegas Raiders have made an offer to Jadeveon Clowney.
No word to the exact number the Raiders have offered Clowney right now. Clowney is reportedly seeking a long-term deal worth about $17 million a season, and the Cleveland Browns reportedly have made the most lucrative offer.
Clowney is a three-time Pro Bowler, who came off a strong 2019 season with the Seattle Seahawks. The Raiders could be a great landing spot for Clowney but don’t expect them to pay him $20 million for his services.
