Porsha Williams was peacefully protesting outside the lawn of Kentucky Attorney General, Daniel Cameron’s home, in honor of Breonna Taylor when she was arrested alongside Tamika D. Mallory, Yandy Smith, Trae the Truth, YBN Cordae, and reportedly 100 others.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star took to Instagram to give her fans an update on the arrest. “Whelp I had no change of clothes and no bags ! Porsha also responded to a few comments denying that she was fired from RHOA due to her involvement in the ongoing protests. “They released you from RHOA??? I guess we boycotting all these networks,” one user commented. Williams responded, “not at all!! They are on board and fully supportive with myself and BLM !”
Shortly after they were released from jail Mallory revealed that they were all charged with felonies because Cameron felt threatened. She also wrote, “Our lawyers are working with everyone arrested as part of our action. @Grassrootslaw@Leemerrittesq and the legal observer team are tracking the release of all participants and his team will receive any complaints of abuse or misconduct. Our whole team will be here until everyone is free.”
