Directed by KDS Visuals, “No Regrets” takes us into the darker side of Milwaukee where the hustlers dwell. Huey plays a reporter and provides us with extensive coverage of the gritty street life that occurs on a daily basis. “Listen to the song… it’ll tell you how I really feel,” Huey V explains the song’s conception in a press release. “Milwaukee is a war zone and I’m just maneuvering… with no regrets. Don’t trust my brothers. I Don’t even trust myself.”

While showcasing the dark, Huey shines a light on the potential coming out of the area which resembles an infant Drill sound. “Being from Milwaukee the hustle and pain is embedded in you. The city isn’t often covered and the sound of Milwaukee is super underrated. There are a lot of solid artists from the city but not enough recognition like myself. The sound is reminiscent of Early Drill Chicago era, Detroit’s New Arising Street Rap, and The Bay’s western bounce.”

Smooth, impactful, extremely confident, the video displays Huey’s undeniable star power. Qualities in the new star foreseen early on by one of today’s Hip-Hop most successful executives which snatched him up before anyone else could discover this diamond in the rough.

Huey V is the latest protege of accomplished Hip Hop star Memphis Bleek. The “Do My” hitmaker’s discovery track record is impeccable with notable mentions in greats like T.I., Rick Ross and Cassanova 2x. Signing Huey V to his Warehouse Music Group came naturally for Bleek who admired his work ethic. “Warehouse group is a movement and everyone gets it. We’re lab rats always experimenting with sounds and music but most of all the support is 100. To be under the label group, it’s like being signed to Roc-A-Fella,” Huey said about his new label home.

“No Regrets” is streaming everywhere with a new album, currently untitled, slated for a 2021 release on Warehouse. For everything Huey V, follow him on Instagram.
