After serving five years in prison for robbery, rapper Tee Grizzley’s younger brother Marcellus Wallace has now been indicted on a federal gun charge just months after his release in October.
Wallace, who goes by the name Baby Grizzley, was pulled over with another man on December 8th when police discovered an open alcohol container, marijuana, and two .45-caliber firearms in the vehicle. This is the incident that landed him the federal indictment.
Wallace was scheduled for a parole board hearing earlier this month, but it has been postponed due to the new criminal charges.
Currently detained at the Charles Egeler Reception and Guidance Center in Jackson, MI, Wallace and his co-defendant Nolan Dasgupta-Francis are charged with being felons in possession of a firearm. Both men are facing up to 10 years in federal prison.
Wallace had just signed a deal with 300 Entertainment upon his release and dropped a song with his brother called “Give That Back”.
