“I thought let me do something nice and give back. I always give back. I didn’t put too much thought into this, I just did it,” says the Big Drip rapper.

Throughout the day, Fivio was engaging with the crowd, snapping selfies with the ladies, and making sure everyone had a great time.

Councilwoman Farrah Louis from the 45th district also stopped by to lend a hand during the event.

Organizer Melissa Gabriel is known for her brand “Million Dollar TV,” giveaways through Brooklyn with well-known rappers. The goal of this event was to give back to single mothers and domestic victims living in shelters across NYC.

After stopping by WIN NYC, the remainder of the gifts were donated to the women of the Siena House. While Fivio was not able to engage with the ladies living in this shelter due to COVID-19, he made sure the ladies were showered in gifts.
