Kevin Durant is sidelined through the NBA All-Star Game, leaving the league to name a replacement. Indiana Pacers forward Domantas Sabonis will take his place.
The All-star selection is the second for the Pacers big. While Sabonis will replace KD, the Nets swingman will still serve as team captain and will pick rosters alongside LeBron James this Thursday on TNT.
The Brooklyn Nets revealed Durant will require an additional reocvery period for his hamstring.

The Pacers are led by Sabonis who averages 21.5 points per game alongside 11.7 rebounds and 5.7 assists.
