A New York Times report says that a lawyer is now reaching out to federal and state prosecutors in Georgia and California in order to formally charge T.I. and Tiny with sexual assault charges after allegations from 11 people have surfaced.
Attorney Tyrone Blackburn sent a letter to prosecutors of the respective states, claiming that several people have accused the couple of drugging and sexually assaulting them. Blackburn’s letter describes the allegations as being “sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, terroristic threats and false imprisonment.”
The accusers include an intern for Grand Hustle, a stripper and even a military veteran.
Blackburn’s letter goes on to describe a childhood friend of Tiny’s recalls being forced to take multiple ecstasy pills and forced to perform sexual acts on other women against her will.
The military vet says she left the club with the couple feeling like her drink had been spiked. The woman says she vomited on herself even though she only had two drinks. She recalls Tiny getting her into the tub and then being naked with T.I., who allegedly tried to “put his foot in her vagina.” All the military veteran can remember “was waking up naked on the couch, with a towel thrown over her, with a very sore vagina.”
Steve Sadow, the attorney for the couple released a statement saying, “We fully expect that if these claims are thoroughly and fairly investigated, no charges will be forthcoming. These allegations are nothing more than the continuation of a sordid shakedown campaign that began on social media and now attempts to manipulate the press and misuse the justice system.”
