Jordan Peele revealed the name and poster for his next movie. Nope, described in the poster’s tagline as “a new terror from the mind of Academy Award winner Jordan Peele,” is set to hit theaters on July 22, 2022.
Peele, who has garnered recognition for his directorial debut in 2017, with “Get Out,” and 2019 follow-up, “Us” will serve as a writer and director on the film. While there aren’t many details released about “Nope”, some of the actors have been announced.
According to Variety, Daniel Kaluuya, who landed an Oscar nomination for “Get Out,” will star alongside Keke Palmer and Steven Yeun in the film. Also, “Euphoria” actor Barbie Ferreira, and “The OA” star Brandon Perea and Michael Wincott (“The Crow,” “Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves”) are confirmed to be in the film.
