One of Hollywood’s beloved celebrity couples may have just shocked fans to the core. Ashton Kutcher and his wife, Mila Kunis revealed that they don’t wash regularly in a sit down on Dax Shepard and Monica Padman’s Armchair Expert podcast. “You should not be getting rid of all the natural oil on your skin with a bar of soap every day,” Shepard claimed. “It’s insane.”
While Kutcher and Kunis agreed, the couple chimed in to discuss their wash routine. Kunis stated that she doesn’t wash with soap daily but she covers “pits and t*ts and holes and soles.” Kutcher then added, “I wash my armpits and my crotch daily, and nothing else ever. I got a bar of Lever 2000 that just delivers every time. Nothing else,” he stated.
During the conversation, Shepard stated that his wife, Kristen Bell would only wash their children in the evenings. “We could care less about their cleanliness,” he stated. “We haven’t washed them since. It’s been like six years.”
Kunis and Kutcher agreed with Shepard and shared how they wash their two children. “Here’s the thing, if you can see the dirt on ’em, clean ’em. Otherwise, there’s no point.”
“I can’t believe I’m in the minority here of washing my whole body in the shower. Who taught you to not wash?” Padman stated. Kunis shared that she didn’t shower often growing up due to the lack of hot water in her household, which the habit just carried into her adulthood. Kunis then admitted to never washing her children when they were newborns.
