It was only a few days ago when Dess Dior confirmed to her fans that she caught COVID-19 after her highly energetic Rolling Loud performance in Miami. The “Rich B*tch” rapper took to Twitter last week after not feeling well.
“I dont think I have Covid but ima get tested to be safe,” she tweeted.
“Update: I tested positive for Covid & everybody who’s been in contact with me should go and get tested asap,” she later updated fans.
Since the news of finding out that she contracted the deadly virus, Dess has been recovering from home and updating fans on her progress.
“I got pressure on my eyes a little bit, not as bad as it was. I’m not nauseous like I was. I couldn’t hold down anything. I’m starting to eat a little more. I did lose my taste. But it could be worse and the best part about it is, I’m not dying… I’m not on my deathbed so thank you guys for your prayers, thank you for the remedies, but I will be fine. I can’t wait until this is over, hopefully, it’s over soon,” the rapper explained.
While it is good to hear the Dess is recovering fine, be sure to continue to follow CDC guidelines and remain six feet apart, wear a mask, and continue to wash your hands as outside is slowly opening back up. Together, we will get through COVID-19.
