Rudy Giuliani has thrown the spirit of a united country out of the window for the 20th anniversary of 9/11. On Friday, Giuliani issued a warning to President Biden to stay out of the city.

The New York Daily News reports Giuliani feels Biden is “persona non grata” due to his withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan.

Giuliani was a speaker at a 9/11 commemoration event in Manhattan, where he reportedly strayed from the messages of unity to attack the commander-in-chief.

“Biden shouldn’t come here. He doesn’t belong here,” Giuliani said. “Biden made a decision that was reckless to the point of almost insanity … I mean, President Biden did probably one of the most reckless acts in American history, and then he continues it with more and more, and he’s putting us through hell.”

Last month, Biden issued a full withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan, leaving behind nearly 300 Americans and refugees, military vehicles, planes, and helicopters, along with nearly 600,000 weapons to a Taliban ran country.

Former New York Governor, George Pataki, stated Giuliani went too far. “I don’t think it’s appropriate for me to tell the president of the United States not to come,” Pataki said.
