Los Angeles-bred hip hop stars 1TakeJay and Blueface are caught up in a paternity case on the highly-anticipated visual to their new collaboration “Her Bad.” On the track, the two use their signature off-beat style over the ScumBeatz & FlashyAssUno production. 1TakeJay played a snippet of the song on social media a few months ago and generated over 143.3k videos from fans on TikTok.

The song showcases a undeniable Jay who talks about moving on from his exes with a trophy piece that they can’t help but appreciate. Jay raps, “Post my bitch on my timeline, every bitch mad/They ain’t even seen my bitch face, they know my bitch bad/My bitch a real thotiana, neck bussed down/Took her to the jeweler like, “Ay, make my bitch drown.”
In the CreatedByBlu-directed music video, the comedic parody imitates a show similar to Maury as the host reads off the results of a paternity test to the guests with 1TakeJay, Blueface and crew among the studio audience. Another version of Jay is seen watching the show as he delivers his verse.

1TakeJay and Blueface collaboration follows Jay’s 2021 album 1TakeBae, which features Kalan.FrFr, TeeFlii, Young Cutta and the 1TakeGang. “Her Bad” is only the beginning for Jay, who promises more new music on the way with a forthcoming album expected in 2022. “Her Bad” is available everywhere via 1takejay Inc.
