Grinding like a Millionaire has become part of the identity of the successful businessman and artist Ernest Fields. Dedicating his life to building personal and financial freedom, Ernest has adapted the Millionaire Grind and made a complete brand around the inspiration of consistent hard work.
From the streets of Compton, California, to growing up in Chapel Hill in Memphis, Ernest has adapted to the hardships and adversity to have control of his life, which so many people seek. From a young age, Ernest has had trials and tribulations mold him into the man he is today. Almost dying at birth from heart-stopping, to losing 70% of his hearing due to lung collapse, Ernest has had the chips stacked against him from the get-go. Growing up as an impaired athlete, Ernest had to fight for his respect a lot. However, he saw that his work ethic earned a lot of care, which was an area he would always focus on.
Ernest has built out his company “Millionaire Grind”. His company comprises apparel printing, media production, and working with major brands like Nike, Burger King, and Kellogg. He credits a lot of his success to his mother and his college basketball coach, who had a lasting impact on Ernest. He always mentioned looking at the bigger picture and modeling after successful people. Ernest applied that knowledge and studied the greats like Jay-Z, P Diddy, Tyler Perry, and Master P. He found the common denominator of these people constantly working. Thus was born Millionaire Grind.
Ernest mentions the most rewarding part of his work is the fans, supporters, and people who believe in him. He appreciates the freedom that his company allows him and is always constantly networking looking for new opportunities. Ernest mentions that to be successful, “No matter what field you are pursuing if you want to be successful, you have to want it. You must be willing to put in the work consistently and grind through any obstacles you may face.”
