Street certified Connecticut rapper Idiot Jerk takes a couple of minutes in an exclusive interview to build about who Mr. Holdwater is and the brand that he represents.After surviving murder raps despite his closest associates still serving time for their alleged activities, Idiot Jerk has decided to push his pain through his music. His 15 Track project which was released under his own independent Mr. Holdwater’s Music Group label which was hosted by “The Mixtape Queen” DJ Lazy K and Street Sweepers’ own “international infared DJ SCOPE”, however, Jerk is also the representative of famed incarcerated rapper AR-Ab’s OBH Records.
Breaking down the project track list from #1 being called “Holdwater” which was co-produced by IJ himself and Hartford, CT.’s own producer Kilowatt. He referred to “Holdwater” as a chant he wanted to be repetitious for people to constantly yell when vibing to the words of the chorus. Jerk goes on to talk about track 10 on the project titled “Duck Hunt”, where he took shots at an unnamed rapper who “snitched” on him and his friends. “Integrity” digs inspirational words from his co-defendant “Brother Ape”, who is currently facing life behind bars for murder.
Opening the project with a Intro and closing with a Outro from both DJ’s Scope and Lazy K Idiot jerk wraps up his entire “HOLDWATER” “NO LEAKS NO SPILLS” mixtape for you to play straight through!!!
