Kim’s on-screen charm has made her a familiar face in numerous commercials, including her standout performance in a 2022 Hofer (Aldi) ad filmed in Slovenia. Directed by Mark Pirc, Kim plays a fierce “rock star diva” strutting through Aldi like it’s her personal stage, wowing audiences with her effortless charisma. “The audition was super fun and laid-back,” Kim recalls, giving credit to Pirc’s creative energy for making the shoot a blast.

Another favorite? A Marles commercial that brought her back to Slovenia after studying in London with renowned acting coach Brigid Panet. In this ad, Kim plays one half of a couple looking to buy their dream home. A playful, memorable moment from the shoot? Filming a scene in a bathtub! It was a first for Kim, but thanks to director Blaž Švent’s supportive approach, she felt totally at ease. “The team was amazing, and it ended up being one of my favorite projects,” she says.

Kim also made waves with her role in a McDonald’s commercial, though she confesses she wasn’t a frequent customer before the shoot. After filming, though, she’s become a regular, noting how much fresher the ingredients are in Europe compared to the U.S. But when it comes to fries, U.S. McDonald’s still has her heart. Dressed in playful jean overalls and Converse, Kim channeled “minion vibes” on set, snacking on McNuggets and laughing between takes. “Zoran Gabrijan was such a fun director to work with,” Kim says, adding that the whole experience was full of good vibes and great memories.

Most recently, Kim was spotted strolling through Ljubljana with a friend. The two were seen enjoying the local food near the Triple Bridge, fueling rumors of an exciting collaboration.

As her career continues to soar, Kim Kranjc is proving she’s a force to be reckoned with. Whether she’s rocking a shopping cart, buying her dream home, or snacking on fries, with her undeniable talent and infectious energy, Kim is carving out her own unique path in the industry, and there’s no doubt she’s one to watch.
