Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” has reclaimed the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100, surging from No. 15 to No. 1 after his electrifying Super Bowl LIX halftime performance on Feb. 9.
Originally debuting at No. 1 in May 2024, the track became a cultural phenomenon, spending eight weeks in the top 10 before briefly exiting the summit. It previously reclaimed No. 1 in July following the release of its official video.
Now leading the Hot 100 for a third distinct time, “Not Like Us” makes history as the first non-holiday song to top the chart three separate times with breaks of two or more months in between. Its 29-week gap between No. 1 placements marks the third-longest in Hot 100 history.

Lamar ties his longest reign on the Hot 100, matching the three-week run of his previous No. 1 hit “Like That” with Future and Metro Boomin. His latest chart success follows his December No. 1, “Squabble Up,” marking a dominant period for the pgLang/Interscope/ICLG artist.
Fueled by his Super Bowl performance, “Not Like Us” saw a 156% increase in streams, reaching 49 million, while radio airplay climbed 31% to 20.5 million audience impressions. Sales skyrocketed 432%, totaling 33,000 in the U.S. from February 7-13.
Lamar’s success extends beyond a single track, as his songs “Luther” featuring SZA and “TV Off” featuring Lefty Gunplay climbed to No. 2 and No. 3, respectively, making him only the second artist to occupy the top three Hot 100 spots twice.
