We sat down with the boss himself to talk about his journey, his inspirations, and what’s next for Rossario George.

The Source: Tony, your journey into fashion wasn’t the typical route. How did you go from corporate life to running your own luxury brand?
Tony Vincente: Fashion was always in my DNA. I spent years in the corporate world, but creativity was my real passion. I started with art, then transitioned into fashion, and once I got my hands on design? It was a wrap. Rossario George was born because I wanted to bring something unique, powerful, and truly luxurious to the world.
The Source: Rossario George is more than just high fashion—it’s a brand with a message. What do you want people to feel when they wear your designs?
Tony Vincente: I want them to feel unstoppable. Fashion isn’t just about looking good—it’s about owning your space, making a statement, and feeling like a boss. Every piece I design is meant to exude confidence—whether it’s one of our signature honey suits that commands attention, a pair of must-have heels that turn heads, or a skincare product that keeps your glow on point.
The Source: The fashion industry isn’t always the most inclusive space. As a Black designer and CEO, how are you making sure Rossario George is different?
Tony Vincente: First off, I walk the talk. A lot of brands say they’re about diversity, but they don’t really show it. At Rossario George, I make sure my designs cater to all skin tones, all body types, all identities—because luxury should be for everybody. I’m here to break barriers and prove that Black designers don’t just belong in the industry—we run it.
The Source: Your designs have a signature boldness—metallics, strong patterns, powerful silhouettes. Where does that inspiration come from?
Tony Vincente: Life, art, music—it’s all connected. I’ve always been drawn to statement pieces that make you stop and stare. My designs have that fearless energy because I want people to feel empowered when they wear Rossario George. Whether it’s the honeycomb metallic collection or the bold red blazers, everything is meant to stand out, not blend in.
The Source: You’ve also expanded into skincare. What made you take that step?
Tony Vincente: Listen, luxury isn’t just about what you wear—it’s how you take care of yourself. I wanted to bring that same level of excellence and confidence to skincare. Our Miele Skin Cream is all about that rich hydration, that flawless glow, and making sure you step out feeling like your best self.
The Source: What advice do you have for young Black creatives looking to break into fashion?
Tony Vincente: Be fearless. Be original. And never wait for permission. The industry will try to box you in—don’t let it. If you have a vision, run with it. Build your brand, stay consistent, and make sure your voice is heard. Luxury fashion needs us.
The Source: What’s next for Rossario George?
Tony Vincente: More heat. More power. More expansion. We’ve got new collabs, fresh collections, and global moveson the way. Rossario George is just getting started.

Tony Vincente: Success is walking in your truth, owning your power, and making an impact. It’s about doing what you love on your own terms. And that’s exactly what I’m doing with Rossario George.
