Kanye West Says His Next Album ‘Got That Antisemitic Sound’

Oh Kanye…. After rounds and rounds of antisemitic language, Ye is digging deeper into the vibe. Calling his next album “antisemitic sound.”

“This next album got that antisemitic sound,” West said onX. “My new sound called antisemitic.”

Over the weekend, Ye was back on his Diddy support. One message in a now-deleted tweet read, “Puff daddy my hero. This man was really having his way.”

Previously, Kanye West was under fire for making insensitive remarks about Cassie’s sexual assault allegations against Diddy.

In a series of inflammatory social media posts late Thursday (February 20), Ye appeared to cast doubt on Cassie’s lawsuit against the Bad Boy mogul, even suggesting it was an act of extortion. “Did Cassie extort Puff?”, he wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Cassie’s lawsuit, filed in November 2023 and settled just a day later, accused Diddy of years of sexual and physical abuse during their decade-long relationship. While Diddy initially denied the claims, shocking surveillance footage later surfaced showing him violently attacking Cassie in a hotel hallway in 2016, adding credibility to her allegations. Following the video’s release, Diddy issued a public apology, admitting he was “disgusted” by his past behavior.

Ye’s comment quickly drew widespread criticism online. One user responded bluntly, “Don’t release whatever music you’re gonna release.” Another disappointed fan wrote, “Crazy to think this n***a made My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, the single best album I ever heard in any genre of music… now his mind is completely gone.” A third simply told him, “Delete this bruh.”

This isn’t the first time Kanye has sparked outrage over his comments on Diddy’s abuse allegations. Earlier this month, he publicly defended Diddy, even attempting to justify his assault on Cassie. Ye called for Diddy’s release from jail and described the 2016 attack as an expression of “true love.”

“When [a] man truly loves a [woman] he may express it in rage. I empathize with both sides,” he wrote on X. “You have to truly be in love to get to the point of risking everything.”

Ye then posed a bizarre question to his 30 million followers: “HEY QUESTION. IF SOMEONE WAS TO BEAT UP THEIR GIRL IN PUBLIC WOULD THAT BE CONSIDERED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR IS IT JUST PUBLIC INDECENCY.”

Adding to the controversy, West later began selling hoodies identical to the one Cassie wore in the disturbing 2016 video, boasting that he had made over $30,000 in sales. The move was widely condemned on social media, with users labeling him “evil.”

As backlash against Kanye continues to mount, many are calling for accountability, while others question the rapper’s increasingly erratic behavior.
