WATCH: ‘South Park’ Addresses Diddy’s Legal Issues In New Season Trailer

Diddy’s mounting legal issues have once again caught mainstream attention, this time as the subject of South Park’s upcoming season.

The Bad mogul, currently behind bars awaiting trial, was arrested last Sept. and faces serious charges, including alleged sex trafficking and racketeering. If convicted, he could be looking at a lengthy sentence, with his trial set to begin next month.

A recently released trailer for the new South Park season teases a satirical take on Diddy’s situation. In one scene, a character resembling the Bad Boy founder is seen soaring through the air on a jetpack, dressed in a bright orange jumpsuit with “MDC” emblazoned on the front— a clear nod to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he’s being held. While the extent of South Park’s take on Diddy remains unclear, the show has built its reputation on pushing boundaries, making this yet another controversy in the making.

Beyond South Park, Diddy has far more pressing concerns. In addition to his criminal charges, he’s facing multiple civil lawsuits, with allegations of sexual assault, abuse, and misconduct continuing to pile up. This week, a Florida man named Joseph Manzaro filed a new lawsuit, accusing Diddy of humiliating and sexually assaulting him at a 2015 “freak off” party in Miami. The suit claims Manzaro was paraded around in a penis mask while a star-studded crowd—allegedly including Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and LeBron James—looked on.

Several of the high-profile names mentioned in the suit have responded. Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, swiftly denied the claims, asserting that the rap icon wasn’t even in Florida at the time. “Mr. Carter wasn’t in Florida at that time to witness this incident—he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event,” Spiro told TMZ. “This is more nonsense that erodes trust in our ‘justice’ system.'” Representatives for LeBron James, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, and Diddy himself have also denied the allegations.

As both his legal battles and public scrutiny intensify, it seems Diddy’s troubles are far from over—on-screen or in real life.
