Taylor Swift Reportedly Pursues Legal Action Against Ye Over Vulgar Social Media Post

Taylor Swift is reportedly taking legal measures following Kanye West’s controversial social media statements. Sources indicate the singer has sent a cease-and-desist letter in response to the rapper’s recent posts, which included offensive and unsubstantiated claims about her personal life.

In one since-deleted post, West wrote, “Justin Bieber and Harry Styles f—-d Taylor Swift from both sides and didn’t call me. Oh I forgot. I can’t hold water.”

What’s wrong with dude? Ye, that is.

Ge this, a source close to Swift told the Daily Mail that the singer views the remarks as more than just gossip. “This isn’t just [West] gossiping. This is [West] sexually harassing a woman, defaming her and intending to cause harm to her and to her career,” the insider said. The legal notice demands that West immediately stop making defamatory statements.

But wait, Swift’s boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, is reportedly angered by the situation. According to the same source, Kelce is frustrated but hesitant to publicly engage, as doing so publicly might amplify the false claims. “Taylor’s clearly upset, and Travis is obviously supporting her. There must be consequences. West would never dare say this to her face,” the insider added.

Reps for Harry Styles and Justin Bieber have also denied West’s allegations. Those close to Styles emphasized that he has had no recent contact with Swift and called the claims “baseless and disrespectful.” Similarly, Bieber’s camp dismissed the statement as “100 percent untrue.”

Well, duh.

This latest conflict adds to the long history of public disputes between Swift and West. In another deleted post, the rapper previously suggested he was excluded from the Super Bowl partly due to “the Taylor Swift movement moment.”
