Last week in court, the disgraced mogul is catching heat from Judge Arun Subramanian, who called Diddy out for behavior that crossed the line. According to reports, the music mogul was seen “nodding vigorously” and making eye contact with members of the jury while Bryana Bana Bongolan took the stand. Bongolan is a longtime friend of Cassie Ventura, who previously dated Diddy.

Here we go, the judge did not mince words. He called the actions “absolutely unacceptable” and made it clear to Diddy’s lead attorney Marc Agnifilo that any more courtroom antics could get Diddy removed from the trial entirely.

Get this, Judge Subramanian stressed that this type of interaction with jurors is a major violation of courtroom protocol and warned it must not happen again.

We are marching into the trial’s fourth week, where it continues to deliver disturbing allegations and emotional testimony. Bongolan claimed during her appearance that Combs once held her over a balcony on the 17th floor. Another former girlfriend, identified only as Jane, is also expected to testify with claims of being pushed into sexual encounters involving drugs.

Puffy Noddy. We promise we didn’t make that up.
