Drake is calling out a Canadian politician who attended Kendrick Lamar’s Toronto tour stop. The politician, Jagmeet Singh, is backtracking on his appearance, stating he was there for SZA.
Singh, the Democratic Party Leader, received a DM from Drake who wrote, “You’re a goof.”
That prompted Singh to offer an explanation, “I was born in this city. I love his city. But real talk, I get it. I shouldn’t have gone at all.”
He added, “For me it’ll always be Drake over Kendrick.”
