The Atlanta Braves brought together music, fashion, and baseball Tuesday night at Truist Park with a special in-game activation featuring Grammy-winning R&B superstar and Atlanta native Usher. As part of the club’s Braves Collab Collection, the Braves unveiled a limited-edition merchandise line co-designed by Usher and the Braves Retail team.

The exclusive capsule, featuring four custom-designed apparel pieces and three unique caps, is now available at the Braves Clubhouse Store and Threads by the Braves in The Battery Atlanta. Fans can also request to order through Braves.com. The launch was timed with the team’s Usher Bobblehead Night, as the first 15,000 fans at the park received a collectible bobblehead showcasing Usher’s iconic “Peace Up, A-Town Down” hand sign, a gesture the Braves have adopted into their own on-field celebrations.

Usher helped set the tone early, taking part in the “Open the Gates” celebration and throwing out the ceremonial first pitch before the game. Around The Battery, fans enjoyed a pregame DJ set by his official tour DJ, DJ Mars, along with a themed Coming Home Diner food truck offering dishes inspired by some of Usher’s biggest hits.
On the field, the Braves silenced the Mets’ offense in a 5–0 shutout win. It marked New York’s fifth straight loss, as the team continues to search for answers at the plate. Atlanta’s pitching was dominant throughout the night, delivering another complete effort in front of a lively home crowd that celebrated both a hometown hero and another notch in the win column.
